“I met with the 48.3 team in the middle of last year and we sat down and discussed our complex Project and threw around a few ideas for gaining access to restricted areas and public areas. We also had a very large Birdcage scaffold to design and erect this wasn't without it's problems. However, 48.3 were always on hand to offer their advice and assist in us getting over any problems.
