The Story
Following 48.3 Scaffold Design's new recruit joining, ex-Scaffolder Alex Kirk has helped to develop a new business venture that has been launched today by 48.3 Scaffold Design, whereby all Scaffolders can have the strength of their spanner arm tested to determine the most accurate torque setting for their impact wrench. This will ensure the impact wrench is accurately calibrated for the safe erection of scaffolding for each individual Scaffolder.
The new tool measures the torque of the operatives arm, and is called Arm Precision Reading Industry LevelTM.
The A.P.R.I.L service will be available from 1st April across the UK and will cost £48.30.
