The Story
Due to new Health and Safety legislation it has been announced that left-handed Scaffolders can no longer use their spanner in their left hand.
All left handed Scaffolders will receive training to assist converting them to using their spanner in their right-hand.
Joe King, Head of Left-hand Spanner Conversion explained, the new legislation will help to make scaffold industry a much safer place to work.
The left hand conversion training courses will be launched 1st April 2015 across the UK.
